An immediate start temporary Administrator is required to join a small engineering business near the Caldecotte area.

Initially on a short-term temporary basis with a view to starting early May.

As the Administrator you will be –

  • Answering incoming calls; fielding sales calls and handling queries
  • Dealing with orders; checking stock availability and processing sales orders
  • Handling paperwork, creating shipping labels and invoices
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Supporting the Senior Managers with administrative support
  • Diary management and adhoc administration duties

    • Ideally for this role you will have –

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment in an administrative capacity
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Prior experience managing sales orders
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Offering a salary of £14-18+p/h dependent on experience
  • Free parking on-site
  • Flexible working hours across Monday – Friday to mutually suit (office-based)
