ADMINISTRATORFull Time  –  08:30 – 17.

00 Monday to Friday – during Term Timewith options for flexible working hours during 18 weeks of holidaysStart Date – w/c 26 August 2024Downe House are recruiting for an outstanding administrator to join our School Administration team to provide efficient and impactful support to the Administration Manager along with the Director of Finance and Operations and the Director of Estates and ServicesThe successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and maintaining administrative systems and processes, the ability to work under pressure and balance a varied workload whilst maintaining a high standard of work.

They will be proactive, be able to use their initiative and work flexibly and be adept at building positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.  

The ideal candidate with have the ability to minute meetings accurately and disseminate key information efficiently.

Experience working in a School or educational environment is desirable but not essential.

Full time hours are required during Downe House term time; however we are willing to look at flexible options for working hours during holiday periods.
