Apply NowSymmetry Recruitment are recruiting for an exceptional Administrator to work in a faced paced Hire environment.
What we're looking for:

· The ability to work under pressure whilst completing a high volume of work.
· Competent IT skills
· Excellent time keeping skills and the ability to multitask
Role Responsibilities:
· Managing the Admin inbox, ensuring that all tasks are completed and emails are cleared daily.
· Managing admin queries and disputes with suppliers.
· Ensuring off-hires are correct on the system, e.g. inputting the correct dates and adding in relevant costs to both the customer purchase order and supplier purchase order.
· Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal Salespeople on damages and breakdowns.
· Chasing for all relevant delivery details and making sure that the customer and salesperson receives this information within enough time.
· Liaising with Accounts to make sure we are meeting month end deadlines by making sure contracts are updated and closed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £24,000 per year
