Our Public Sector client in Livingston is seeking an Administrator to join their team.


Essential skills and experience



Confident in the use of MS Office


Prioritising tasks to meet competing demands


Input and maintain accurate records to a range of systems including databases, spreadsheets, payment systems, office diaries etc.


Undertake Printing, photocopying and scanning duties as required, ensuring compliance with the council's information security policies and procedures


Maintain and effective filing system in line with document handling procedures and to enable accurate retrieval of any required files and associated archive and destruction Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team


Accuracy and attention to detail


Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters



The role is full time hours Monday to Friday (36 hours)



Immediate start to end October possibly with an extension
