An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join us in Lincoln Medical School.

This post will be key in establishing and supporting the Senior Administrator with the setup, delivery, and business as usual of our research internships and intercalation programmes that will include taught Masters and Masters by Research programmes.

This post will also be key in supporting the development of a Clinical Academic Training Office which will build research capacity in both our organisation and our cadre of clinical academics of the future.

This role will be based in the Ross Lucas Medical Sciences Building on the University of Lincoln Brayford Campus and will be approximately 0.

6 FTE with between 18-22 hours per week being considered.

The role has a focus on providing an excellent customer-focused service to students, staff and the School’s stakeholders, and you will be expected to be passionate about enhancing the student experience.

You will deliver a sound operational service, establish effective working relationships, be highly organised and have the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a dynamic and challenging environment.

You will need to work both as part of a team and using your initiative.
