Location: Warwick, Office Based
Hours: 9 - 6 Monday to Friday

Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will provide key support to the Estates Director and Property Team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
We are seeking an individual with a background in administration.
Responsibilities:
• Manage ongoing hardcopy and softcopy filing.
• Field calls related to utilities, sites, and general inquiries.
• Record Keeping
• Audio Typing
• Note Taking
• Check weekly timesheets for subcontractors.
• Scan and process weekly invoices for approval.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
• Monitor expenses and renew contracts for utilities
• Arrange various safety assessments and drills.
• Address points identified in reports promptly.
• Manage key dates for tenancies.
Experience / Qualifications:
• Minimum of Maths and English GCSE.
• Intermediate to Advanced Word and Outlook skills.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
Benefits: In recognition of your dedication, the company offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 - £40,000, 25 days of annual leave, plus statutory bank holidays.
