We have exceptional opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client based at The Wyvern, working with a small team in a professional and modern Office.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours: + Monday to Friday + 9am to 5:30pm + Temporary ongoing + 1 hour lunch break
The successful Administrator will: + Strong typing skills (preferably audio) + Organized with high attention to detail. + IT literate and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) + Knowledge of CRM systems + Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively + Property or Legal knowledge an advantage. + Professional with a can do attitude
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative will include: + Preparation of reports from Surveyors + Diary Management + Receiving telephone calls and emails daily + General office administration duties including Data entry & managing invoices
You will receive: + £11.80 per hour
