Hours - Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability

Our Administration Team currently have an opportunity for a Bank Administrator . Continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best.

We require a Bank Administrator to work within various admin departments such as Main Reception, Outpatient Reception, Customer Services, Inpatient Bookings and Medical Records to cover annual leave and sickness. These areas are busy, therefore the successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, with their own initiative and most importantly they are flexible with their working hours.

The opportunity

For a Bank Administrator you will:

- Demonstrate excellent customer service, via the phone and face to face.

- Have a high attention to detail with excellent computer skills.

- Be flexible with your working hours and days.

- Preferably a background within a Hospital setting but training will be provided.

The person
To succeed as a Bank Administrator, you will have;

- Administration experience

- Proven record of delivering customer service
