Venture Recruitment Partners are working exclusively with a global retail brand in their search for an Accounts Assistant Administrator to join the team in a stand-alone role. This well-known retail brand champions its equality and inclusion policy and boasts a relaxed, friendly and welcoming work environment for all employees. The successful individual will be able to take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and be a team player, supporting the Accounts Payable team on an ad hoc basis. Key Repsonsiblies: Raising and Posting sales invoices into the financial system within the required timescalesCustomer account reconciliationsPreparation of weekly cash flow for partners' income, reporting to senior Finance managersCustomer onboarding for the Finance departmentPreparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations for both the UK, US & CAD entities’Key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external to the organisationLead contact on any audit queriesAdhoc Accounts Payable processesKey Skills & Experience: Previous experience of accounts receivables and payables essentialIT literate with strong knowledge of ExcelStrong attention to detailProactive, independent and able to take initiative If the role is of interest, please apply or email (url removed)Venture Recruitment Partners (also trading as Chilworth Partnership Ltd) is a Recruitment Agency.
