The main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee the end-to-end payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments;
• Manage daily cash flow and forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity and facilitate bank transactions;
• Implement and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures while monitoring and reporting on key metrics and KPIs;
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, resolving payment issues and discrepancies efficiently;
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounts payable specialists, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback;
• Assist in managing banking relationships and support the preparation of cash flow forecasts;
• Identify training needs and support the continuous development of the accounts payable team.

Key skills and experience for this role:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel and Google Sheets required);
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience at the managerial level;
• Experience with international corporate structures and multicurrency operations;
• Strong communication skills, with experience working within international teams;
• Knowledge of the French language is beneficial.
