Accounts Assistant in Sheffield

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a fantastic event business based in Sheffield that due to continued growth are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.Ideally for this role you will have experience working within accounts or administration, possess excellent data entry skills and be an effective communicator both internally and externally.The main duties of this role will include: * Credit Control, emailing monthly statements, chasing debtors for payment * Entering purchase invoices * Entering receipts/ sorting receipts * Reconciling incoming payments from the website on to Sage Line 50 * Invoice generating * Office admin taskQualifications required: * Proven experience working in an accounts assistant or similar role * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in date entry * Excellent organisational skills * Good understanding of basic accounting principles * Ability to work well in a team environmentIn return they can offer a salary up to £26,000. They also offer 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
