Apply NowAccounts Assistant Leeds, LS12 Temporary (around 3 weeks) We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work on behalf of our client in their Leeds office.
This is a temporary assignment for around 3-4 weeks to help with their backlog.
Working hours – Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Hourly rate – £12-£13 per hour dependant upon experience (paid weekly) Responsibilities: Using Xero software to help with purchase ledger backlog Uploading purchase invoices Writing short descriptions on invoices Provide general admin duties Answer any phone/e-mail queries in a timely and professional manor Work closely with the team to raise invoices as quickly and efficiently as possible Essential criteria: Some knowledge of the Xero software Excellent time keeping Organised and able to work off own initiative Strong ability to prioritise Great communication skills If you would like further information please contact the Pertemps Leeds Branch and ask for Charlotte or click to apply
