This is a fully onsite permanent roleResponsibilities:Assist monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts,Full responsiblity over accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other recordsPrepare and process electronic bank transfers and paymentsSupport the Finance team with other administrative duties Ensure payments are up to dateMaintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queriesRequirements:Must be able to commute to Henley-on-ThamesMust have accounts assistant experienceMust possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
