Due to rapid growth we are seeking a Accounts Assistant as part of our finance team based in Plymouth.Key duties:Completing staff expenses re-imbursement processAssisting with CIS Tax return preparationsChasing and / or posting credit card receiptsChasing and/or posting bank receiptsCompleting bank reconciliationsRaising sales invoicesReconciling charges for the group’s vehiclesReconciling Ventro Ltd’s customer and supplier retention balancesAssisting with year-end accounts processesProcessing intercompany rechargesProviding business analysis and assisting with month-end reportingAssisting with accounts payable if requiredAssisting with credit control if requiredProviding support as required across the finance function in a growing businessEssentialSelf-starter & great team playerGood communication skillsBe able to work on-siteGood experience of ExcelExperience of working in a busy accounts departmentVentro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
