Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Accounts Administrator to join a fantastic professional services business based in Newcastle, the team and business are going from strength to strength and feel now is the opportune time to bring on a new member.
Reporting into the Financial Team Leader, key duties of the Accounts Administrator will include:
- Referencing of clients.
- Internal and external correspondence.
- Commencement of claim set up.
- Reconciliation and paying of invoices throughout multiple departments.
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following:
- Previous experience of an administrative role
- Strong excel skills
- Confident communicator
- Career orientated
In return, the successful candidate will receive the following:
£23,000
25 days holidays
Shifts between 8-6
Hybrid working environment (one day from home)
