Accounts Administrator - North London

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team at a leading residential lettings company based in North London, dedicated to providing high-quality services to their landlords and tenants.

As an Accounts Administrator, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the lettings portfolio.

They will be responsible for handling rent payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process rent payments from tenants and ensure timely collection of rental income.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and track all financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of rent payments, expenses, and other financial data.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
• Utilise the Alto system to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, tenants, and vendors regarding financial matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using financial software, use of the Alto system would be a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance would be advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
