This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a keen eye for detail, working closely with the founding directors.

A highly talented all-rounder to assist with the day to day finance operations, working closely with the London, German and US teams.

The ideal candidate would be a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive individual who is willing to learn new things but also be able to manage routine tasks.

What’s in it for you: · Salary: Up to £30k (pro rata) · Hours: Flexible, full or part time- 3 full days, 4 or 5 shorter days, school hours possible · Free parking · Healthcare · Competitive pension contribution · Social events · Friendly and supportive working environment Key Responsibilities: · Raise and issue accurate client invoices on time, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

· Maintain detailed records of invoices sent and follow up on discrepancies or queries.

· Working with client data, creating best practices and procedures.

· On-boarding / setting up new clients, ensuring existing client payment details are kept up to date and accurate.

· Process supplier invoices and ensure they are correctly recorded in the accounting system.

· Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.

· Communicate professionally with clients to resolve any billing issues and maintain good relationships.

· Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders, follow up on invoice queries with consultants, ensure these are sent out on time.

What the client is looking for: · Proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or finance role, ideally within a professional services environment.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.

g.

, Xero) and Microsoft Office, Excel.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
