Join the Whistl Doordrop Media team in Marlow as an Account Executive and become an essential part of our Client Services team.Your role is crucial - from initiating client contact to executing campaigns - you'll use Excel for data-driven decisions, delivering tailored solutions.With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you'll proactively address client needs, driving sales and maintaining high standards in company-client relationships. If you have administrative or office experience, particularly within sales client services, this Account Executive role offers the perfect platform to showcase your skills and contribute to our ongoing success.About the RoleClient Relationship ManagementAct as the main client liaison, ensuring thorough comprehension and satisfaction of the client's needs and objectives.Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, fostering lasting relationships based on trust and commercial responsibility.Manage a £3.1 million Doordrop revenue portfolio, employing effective strategies to boost profit margins and providing quotes to clients within the portfolio.Proposal DevelopmentCreate detailed proposals, carefully outlining service agreements, deliverables, and potential considerations.Work with internal teams to ensure client expectations align with operational capabilities.
