Account Executive - Managing Mass Orders and Projects within ManufacturingWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Account ExecutiveIndustry: Manufacturing Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Manage and oversee mass orders and projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and quality control, to coordinate project milestones and ensure efficient operations
• Proactively identify potential issues and risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and open lines of communication
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple mass orders and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to interact with clients and internal teams at various levels
• Solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on problem-solving
• Proficient in using project management software and CRM systems
• A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
