In Technology Group are supporting a Managed Service Provider recruit for an experienced 3rd line support engineer to join their team.The role will act as the escalation point for the 1st/2nd line members of the team. Providing a high-level service to their clients to ensure the continuous performance and reliability of their IT systems.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* Extensive IT support experience* Strong communication skills, able to manage stakeholders of both a technical and non-technical background* Experience across Microsoft 365 administration, deployment and migrations; including O365, mailbox and applications* Good knowledge of MS Azure* Strong knowledge of server operating systems* Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and configuration* Ideally, knowledge of networking, firewalls & VPN'sUp to £40k DEOHybridIn Technology Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
