We have six full time Chartered Surveyors, two highly regarded specialist consultants and 5 wonderful Administrators.

We are believers in Life-Long Learning and meet twice a month to share information on values, changes in the law, new building techniques and materials.  This is a very real difference that we pass on in our survey reports to our clients.
We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.  If your survey includes a valuation, this will be done by a RICS Registered Valuer.
Our surveyors are predominantly BUILDING SURVEYORS and PROPERY VALUERS.  Much of our daily work is Residential Property either diagnosing defects, advising buyers with House and Flat Purchase Surveys and Valuations or property undergoing major refurbishment or building work.
We also have a range of services for Commercial Property, including Schedules, specifications, special Condition Reports and of course full Building Surveys.
