Woodlands GP practice is part of the ValeMed Federation, which is made up of 7 practices in the South West of Oxfordshire, coordinated by a not-for-profit company called PML. PML s central office in Banbury provides administrative and management support, governance and strategic planning. Each locality has its own clinical and administrative lead to ensure health plans are tailored for the local population.
