This hidden gem is well equipped and just perfect to be your base for celebrating and connecting, as well as exploring Rutland, the UK’s smallest county. With Rutland Water and the abundance of outdoor pursuits our beautiful county has to offer, it’s time to discover, relax, recharge and be taken care of.

We have 25 bedrooms - including a Four Poster Studio Suite, Family rooms, Super King & Twin bedded rooms & cosy singles with small double beds - as well as meeting & event space for up to 100 guests. Our on-site restaurant & bar open to the public serving breakfast, Sunday lunch, dinner & afternoon tea, and we have several private dining rooms also.
