About Trust House Reading
Trust House Reading is a Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre which provides specialist support to women, men and children living in the Thames Valley area who have been affected by rape and sexual abuse.
We support people who have historic or recent experiences of sexual violence as well as supporters of survivors including friends and family. We believe that every individual has the right to be free from all forms of sexual violence and abuse. Our approach is non-directive and non-judgemental. We support survivors as they work to live their lives beyond their experience of sexual violence.
The services we offer are varied such as, a confidential helpline staffed by trained volunteers, specialist counselling for adults and young people, independent sexual violence advisor support, support groups and play therapy for children.
