The Eastbury Hotel is a luxury 21 bedroom Georgian town house property located in the town of Sherborne, Dorset and currently holds 2 AA Rosettes for its “Seasons” Restaurant and is set within 1 acre of walled gardens.
The hotel has achieved success in winning numerous awards over the last few years including Taste of the West Gold Award in 2018, a silver award from the English Tourism Council and a gold award from the Dorset Tourism awards including best Hotel Restaurant.
In February 2018, ownership passed over to the de Savary family who have over forty years’ experience of owning and operating luxury hotels and clubs such as The Cary Arms & Spa, Skibo Castle, Bovey Castle, Stapleford Park and the Old Swan & Minster Mill amongst many others.
With the new owners onboard, the hotel will undergo significant investment to include a refresh of all the bedrooms as well as a new spa and additional Garden Suite rooms.
