The Caring Company Rutland Ltd has the following objectives:

• To provide an enhanced care package developed by the individual for the individual. We will adopt an holistic approach in assessing, planning, delivery and review of the individual's needs, resulting in a documented personal needs assessment, with defined outcomes.
• To nominate and provide designated carers matched to the client to provide continuity of care and ensuring a very personal service.
• To monitor, record and report on every aspect of the service provided in the individual's care plan whilst liaising with other Health Care Professionals through effective communication and partnership working.
• To make a positive difference whilst working with our clients in order to improve their quality of life and for us to sustain these measures.
• To demonstrate our duty of care in our commitment to comply with the Codes of Practice, Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Care Quality Commission, and to provide an unrivalled care service which guarantees to deliver, and that clients can depend upon.
