Having launched our Redefining Building Performance research in 2021, TFT identified a gap: our industry holds ambitions for more healthy, sustainable and flexible assets, but is not taking the right steps to achieve them.

Combining our findings with our in-house knowledge, we are pushing our clients and wider industry to close that gap with better measurement and closer collaboration across the building lifecycle.
