We provide health & safety, environmental management HR & quality management consultancy to a variety of sectors including Sport & Leisure. We are a support service, which helps facilities improve their quality management, health & safety systems, environmental procedures and customer service through training, audits & mystery visits. We have grown organically purely through word of mouth

We manage Quest the UK Quality Award for Leisure Centres, this covers over 800 leisure facilities/ teams; we report to Sport England, Sport Scotland, Sport Wales and Sport Northern Ireland. We are responsible for training, recruiting and mentoring assessors. We provide help lines for assessors, mystery visitors and leisure facilities.
