About Queen Victoria Seamen's Rest
Founded in 1843, the Queen Victoria Seamen's Rest a is a charity organisation which provides accommodation for seafarers, both active and retired, ex-servicemen and other adults in need.
In addition QVSR is committed to providing first class support to seafarers visiting our QVSR Seafarers Centres at London Tilbury, DP World London Gateway, Felixstowe, Immingham and Bristol. Our seafarers’ centres offer a warm welcome, pastoral support, and a comfortable environment in which to relax, enjoy some refreshment, play a game of pool or table tennis, and catch up with family and friends via free wi-fi.
