ProQS is a chartered firm regulated by the RICS. We have been fortunate to have consulted on some of the most prestigious and largest projects ever to be constructed in the UK. Our work has seen us consult with Costain, Lang O’Rourke as well as numerous other organisations.

The diverse aspect of our work across domestic, commercial and civil engineering means our knowledge base and expertise is vast, and we are able to work on the smallest to the largest of projects acting as part of a larger QS team.

Our services are comprehensive, and ProQS can interject at anytime during planning and construction phases. We may be asked to produce the initial reports for a new construction project, or indeed act as an ‘Expert Witness’ should a conflict occur during and on completion of a project. We can also help in rectifying the situation with a commerciallydistressed project, and look at a methodology and process to rectify the situation and take that project through to completion.
