Founded in 1989 by our Chairman, Doug Cooke, Principle Cleaning Services is an employee-owned company and market leader in providing corporate, commercial cleaning in London, with an annual turnover in excess of £70 million and a talented team of more than 2,300.
Principle is proud to be the cleaning and FM partner of choice for many of London’s most iconic and prestigious buildings, including 22 Bishopsgate, The Shard, 20 Fenchurch Street and 30 St Mary Axe, and large estates, including King’s Cross, London Bridge City and Television Centre.
