We appreciate legal and mechanical requirements of sites can vary greatly and therefore our bespoke PPM schedules are tailored to meet these on an individual basis.
As part of ph Water Technologies Ltd commitment to deliver service of the highest quality, all areas of work undertaken are in accordance with the relevant CIBSE, BSRIA and Health & Safety Executive Guidelines, Approved Codes of Practice and Government published legislation. All our technical staff are qualified and trained in accordance with our LCPT (Legionella Control Training Protocol). Regular competence assessments and audits are undertaken by the company’s Training & Compliance Manager.

We are certified members of BSRIA (Building Services Research and Information Association), BESA (Building Engineering Services Association), CSA (The Commissioning Specialists Association) and the LCA (Legionella Control Association) where we are regularly audited and assessed by them for compliance with their Code of Conduct for Service Providers.
