About Pepper Road Fitness
Pepper Road Fitness is a Strength & Conditioning gym based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. We have a fantastic team of trainers who are all highly qualified S&C coaches. Between us we provide 17 classes per week that meet all standards of fitness for both Men and Women. These classes are on offer for those who take up our membership. PRF provides both male and female changing facilities with showers and toilets. We also have a private car park for members and clients.
Our trainers also offer personal training for those looking for one to one or small group training. Here you will be designed your very own program with on going nutrition guidance. Onsite there is a treatment room which we are looking to fill with either a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Sport Masseur.
