About PEMBROKESHIRE CARE SOCIETY
Putting a roof over a person’s head may solve an immediate problem, but people who become homeless tend to have very complex issues. We aim to provide the support and the help that is needed too, so that homelessness is prevented in the long term. We are also available to continuing providing support when people are rehoused.
