parkrun is a UK-based global charity with a mission to make the world healthier and happier.
More than 7 million people have registered to take part in free, weekly 2k & 5k community events every Saturday & Sunday morning all over the world.
Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate - it's up to you!
Now in over 20 countries all around the world, each community event is delivered by a team of local volunteers.
