We currently operate 30 fully-owned properties in South Manchester & Salford, and have a very focused & sustainable growth plan, supported by a solid financial standing, which will see us adding 6-8 quality properties per year. We also have plans to expand into new carefully-selected locations, which best support our focused business model.
