Overview

Lawrence Rand started in May 2008 and currently employs 16 people based in a three office. The founder had many years experience in other agencies. He could see them struggling, and knew he could be different by focusing on the local community.

He believes that a strong local community of people and business results in a better place for everyone to live and work. As a result, our philosophy is to be a business supporting other local businesses, the community and its people.

We deliberately provide a local focus for our customers and contacts. For example we provide considerable information about the community, events and contacts. We are currently re-designing our website to specifically increase its community focus.

We are very involved with local business groups. For example our MD (Peter Lawrence) is:
• A committee member of Ruislip Manor Chamber of Commerce

We are also employing a local student for work experience.

We plan to open one or two more branches next year, and our philosophy will be a key part of that growth – in fact we see it as vital to our continued success.
