Welcome to Kite!
We make feel good clothes for little adventurers aged 0 to 13 years.

Inspired by the world around us, including our amazing Dorset surroundings, we create our designs with original and thoughtful details, and then we make them to the highest quality and environmental standards. Our clothes are stylish, built to last, and they’re planet-friendly too.

Designs you'll love

Our collections are brought to life with passion and care here at our HQ in Poole, Dorset. Located just yards from the sea we have one of the world’s best adventure playgrounds on our doorstep, and you’ll find many of our colourful and fun styles are inspired by the beautiful and unique coastline and countryside that surround us.

We think carefully about every detail, from the fabrics we select through to the zips we choose. You’ll find delicate embroideries, fun appliqués and special little details like coconut buttons and lace trims.

Quality you can trust

When it comes to quality, we don’t compromise. We always use the softest organic fabrics and craft each garment to provide exceptional fit, comfort and durability.

Our garments can be worn and washed again and again, and passed on to others once your little adventurer has grown out of them. You'll find the Kite flag badge across our styles which is our promise to you that you’re buying quality you can trust.

Planet-friendly kit

We are passionate about protecting the planet and sustainability has been at the heart of our production processes ever since we launched our first range back in 2007. All of our garments are made from organic cotton, recycled plastic bottles or fabrics approved by OEKO-TEX.

We are proud to be certified by Control Union to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). GOTS is the leading organic textile standard and companies must meet strict environmental and social criteria to become certified. All the elements in our supply chain – ranging from the cotton grower to our embroiderers – have been successfully inspected to ensure they meet comprehensive organic and ethical standards
