Jade Solutions Ltd has existed in its present form since 2005 following an MBO by Managing Director Mark Brackley backed by Merseyside Special Investment Fund. The business has its roots in cabling and hardware sales, and over the last 10 years or so it has transitioned into a full service mobility and wireless provider.
