About Emotional Logic Centre
Over 25 years of practice a GP devised a way of recognising and coping with all of life's losses, large and small. The ‘Emotional Logic' method empowers us to harness our emotions, putting them to good use to bring about constructive change. Emotional Logic is not a therapy but it can be used therapeutically as part of a tool kit for change and growth.
In 2003, the Emotional Logic Centre was established as a charity to share EL with everyone. Word spread, and we now have an established network of tutors around the world, and have a series of online tools to teach and practise Emotional Logic.
