Dynamo Healthcare Training and Consultancy Ltd (DHCT) is a specialist provider based in Cornwall, focused on supporting the local Health, Social Care and Voluntary sectors. We support employers with recruitment, workforce development and accessing funding, while helping local people to gain the qualifications and skills they need to commence, maintain and develop careers in the sectors. We provide training for all ages to meet role requirements through apprenticeships, pre-employment and bespoke delivery to meet organisational needs.

Our primary aim is to support employers to build a robust, high quality healthcare workforce to meet the increasing demands on services and to support people to gain access to exciting healthcare career choices.

Adult Apprenticeship provision from level 2 to level 5 management within Adult Social Care, Clinical Care, Business Awards and Leadership and Management, with excellent feedback, returning happy customers and Ofsted approved provision.
