With an extensive CNC machine shop, cable assembly facility, and accredited calibration lab we are a complete product manufacturer. DJB is the only global accelerometer manufacturer using the patented Konic Shear™ design, which offers significant performance improvements and cross-axis reduction. We manufacture a number of unique products such as a water-cooled triaxial IEPE accel capable of testing up to 900C, high temp IEPE up to 185C, and the worlds smallest IEPE accelerometer at just 0.19grams. In 2021, DJB Instruments became part of Condition Monitoring Group (CMG) Ltd bringing a new growth potential within a global engineering organisation. DJB continues to innovate through CMG group collaborations, joint academic research programs and internal material developments.

DJB is based in Mildenhall, Suffolk. CMG is made up of Beran Instruments and Helitune (Torrington, North Devon), Prosig (Fareham, Hampshire), Semia (nr. Paris, France) and SEI (Chicago, USA). The group designs, manufactures, and supports world-class conditioning monitoring and test & measurement solutions for the aviation, power generation, automotive, advanced engineering, defence, and manufacturing industries. CMG also has additional facilities in Munich and Milan.
