Guardians

Our carefully selected live-in Guardians are the perfect temporary security option until a new use for the building is found. Unlike paying for traditional and expensive methods of ‘protection’ against the negative effects of vacancy like boarding up, fencing and/or installing security cameras around the premises, DEX Property Management works with carefully selected ‘guardians’, who will actively protect the property without rights of tenancy and can be moved out of the property with a very short notice period.
