At core wellness we measure your health with our objective criteria examination, allowing you to see how well your body is functioning. This includes a number of tests such as blood analysis, x-rays and nerve scans.

Our office hosts the exceptional 8 Weeks to Wellness® programme. A lifestyle reboot that has been setting many clients free of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. This is in 63 different offices around the world and Core Wellness Centres is the first office to develop and run the programme within the UK.
