With over a decade of experience delivering work-based training to the health and social care industry, we are pleased to announce that CareShield is now an approved nationwide provider of apprenticeships (RoATP).

We provide management and training of apprentices from new trainee to senior management and our service is completely scalable. At one end, we can provide training only, whilst at the other we can manage the whole apprenticeship programme from recruitment to graduation.

Our apprenticeship managed service is a natural progression for CareShield, building on our core skills of workforce development. We can manage the whole learner journey from recruitment to the successful completion of the end-point assessment and achievement of certification. Our unique approach is bound into the ethos of the apprenticeship standards and levy payment system; placing the employer at the centre of the delivery ensuring the learner is adding value to the business
