We are passionate about reducing loneliness and social isolation and believe that people can be best supported as locally as possible to them - in their community. We deliver numerous community based events in different locations in Suffolk that bring people together in a safe, supported and friendly space as well as ensuring that through our countywide CONNECT service, we can connect people up with the things that matter to them - operating a 365 day/year telephone support service with a "real" person at the end of the phone.
