Archers Sleepcentre are Scotland`s largest independent bed retailer specialising in divan beds, mattresses, bed frames, bedroom furniture and bedding. As well as an award winning internet business, Archers Sleepcentre have a chain of successful furniture stores spread throughout Central Scotland.

Founded by Ian Archibald, Archers opened its first store in Great Western Road, Glasgow in 2001. Since then, a further 11 stores have opened including stores in Ayr, Clydebank, Cumbernauld, Hillington, Kilmarnock, Seafield, Straiton Retail Park, Uddingston, Livingston.

The stores display an extensive range of products from top manufacturers including Silentnight, Tempur, Mlily and Kaymed. In addition, many stores offer great value clearance items.

The Archers Sleepcentre website - www.archerssleepcentre.co.uk, became fully transactional in 2007. The website sell beds directly from suppliers with most available on a free next day delivery service.

In 2013, Archers Sleepcentre was awarded Etailer of the year award at the National Bedding Federations (NBF) gala awards ceremony.

In December 2021 Ian sold the business to Ross Beveridge the current MD.
