We only work alongside practising nurses who are registered with the NMC and have at least ten years’ post-qualification experience. This ensures a breadth and depth of current expertise that retired nurses or other medico-legal support companies simply cannot offer. Our nurses are fully trained in preparing reports, and supported by ongoing professional development and mentoring. We pay particular attention to detail and ensure quality checks are in place to guarantee reports are thorough, accurate and objective.

Apex Health Associates is independently owned and managed by Scott Lister. Scott is a practising nurse (general and ITU) also a non-practising solicitor, bringing useful insight and knowledge into the needs of legal professionals.
