Our approach to tackling homelessness is more than providing short term overnight accommodation or move on temporary accommodation. Beneficiaries of Amazing Grace Spaces are offered holistic person-centred care with high quality, flexible and frequent contact and connections to other relevant services that will enable them to get the support they need to recover, integrate with society and realise their potential.
