U&I is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization providing education, employment, transportation and housing opportunities for at-risk youth, adults and Veterans with intellectual, mental health and/or physical disabilities in DFW and beyond.

Serving nearly 2000 individuals annually, our Work Center Program and Employment Placement Program provide case management, skills training, and jobs both in our 30,000 square-foot facility on Ambassador Row, and at businesses throughout the Metroplex.

U&I is proud to offer invaluable services to youth, adults and Veterans with disabilities from our community and their caregivers/families. Our clients cherish the opportunity to engage in purpose-filled employment, gain new skills and work on diverse & inclusive teams.

We also offer these services to local and national companies: quality high-volume packaging, assembly and production work and employment placement services that connect qualified, pre-screened job seekers with a disability with hiring managers.
